Come with us to the discovery of the smallest state in the world. An English-speaking licensed guide will take you through the main galleries of the Vatican Museums bringing back to life centuries of history on your way to the Sistine Chapel, Michelangelo’s masterpiece. Your will wander at the beauty of Michelangelo’s colors and at the strength of his figures in the Last Judgement. The tour will end in front of St. Peter’s Basilica, the biggest church in the world. You will enter the Basilica on your own to see Michelangelo's famous Pietà, and the many works of the great Baroque master,Gian Lorenzo Bernini. Then, in the Square, you will feel embraced by Bernini’s colonnade.
USEFUL INFORMATION: no big bags or backpacks allowed in the Museums, no pocket knives, no shorts, no bare shoulders. CAMERAS AND VIDEOCAMERAS ARE ALLOWED.
